I’m starting to see the Shangri La effect after a few days of being back on the plan. Today I had a light lunch and was satisified, although not bloated-full. It’s almost 5 hours later and all I’m only now starting to feel the urge to eat. It’s good to see I’m losing wieght again too, although that’s more attributable to me making an effort than to any SLD effect. I’m starting to get back in the mindset of just not needing to eat all the time too.
