Vacation

Weight: 253.6

Normally I’d be disappointed with not losing any weight over a week but I was on vacation and although I stuck with the EVOO regimen I also enjoyed several fine meals out.  I was actually down to 252.3 at one point before the gorging began.

I’ve been taking 2 Tbsp of EVOO before bed.  The SLD effects are back but not as pronounced as I would like.  I’m going to increase to 3 Tbsp per night and see how that goes.  In all this experimenting I’ve never been below 250 so that’s my goal for the next two weeks.

 Also, I had stopped tracking my weigh-ins on a spreadsheet.  I feel like this has gotten me out of touch with my weight so I’m starting that again.

    Oops, you’re right. I guess I must have been watching Rachel Ray and her damn EVOO. Of course I’ve been using ELOO.

    Hoping for an update. I know that keeping records got me through about forty pounds of weight loss where I was sure I wasn’t losing anything week to week.

    Stephen, thanks for your comments. I’ve pretty much abandoned any attempt at weight loss for several weeks now. Your comments have caused me to do some soul searching and I’m pretty sure I’ll be back on the horse very soon. I have a lot to say about the psychological side of trying to lose weight, look for a new post soon.
