This blog will document my experience on the so-called Shangri La Diet. It’s not really a diet but a simple method for reducing your body’s desire to eat. I will be posting my feelings and moods every day, along with my current weight along with periodic measurements. This is really just for my own reference but I welcome any readers who are interested in the Shangri La Diet.  Just be aware that since this is primarily for documenting my experiences the entries will likely be very dull and filled with details that no one cares about.
